Jamie is active in a number of Enterprises either as a founder, director or investor – a few of them are outlined below.
Spark Global Business:
Spark Global Business is a British organization with an international profile. Spark works with entrepreneurs as they develop and grow their business by providing mentoring, non-exec directorship, investment, business tools and introductions. With this, Spark also develops and supports the entrepreneurial spirit within public and private sectors through a range of workshop and consultancy delivery.
In conjunction with Spark’s investor network, Spark invests time and money into young businesses with high growth potential. With a global network of business angels and investors, Spark are not only able to give entrepreneurs the tools, resources and support to succeed but Spark can also provide them with access to funds to realize the growth.
The A Fund:
The A Fund is an investment fund that has been set up for young people to develop enterprises across Birmingham. The A Fund is an Accord Group initiative and over the next 5 years aims to establish Birmingham as the city of 1000 ventures. Jamie Co-founded The A Fund and is really excited by the prospect of creating and developing some great businesses across the city.
The A Fund offers mentoring, office space, retail space, funding and masterclasses to the young people that access the fund.

Servango is a task based community app for iPhone that helps users save time and make money by adding a listing to the live app stream; making it easy for users to tell people around them what they need. Arden Forest FC:
Jamie is a proud sponsor of Arden Forest FC. Jamie regularly coaches for the team and believes that sport is a great tool for engaging young people and teaching them transferrable skills. Jamie supports a number of initiatives through sponsorship and offering guidance to Charities and non-profit organizations.

Made By Young People:
Made By Young People is a professional printing service that creates enterprise and employment opportunities for young people.The printing department employs young people and 80% of the staff are under the age of 23. MBYP has produced garments for the likes of Asda, Ikea and Aston Villa.
As well as supplying promotional goods, Made By Young People also runs enterprise workshops in schools and colleges where the young people are challenged to come up with a design for an item of clothing, they then produce the product and are tasked to sell it. The young person keeps the profits and learns all about enterprise and business within one of these sessions.
Jamie Co-founded the organization aged 18, stepping down as MD and exiting the business in February 2012.
